We are tucked away in Shyam Complex over on Muchara Marketbhakri Road. If you are in Pawta, you know how busy the market gets. It is always full of people and noise, which we actually like. It makes us feel like we are part of everything happening. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a few chairs and a lot of papers scattered around. We deal with farmers because that’s who we are. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the rain or the lack of it. Other days, everyone is coming in at once and it gets a bit hectic. We don’t have a fancy website or a big team. Veer Teja Farmers Producer Companylimited is just us trying to make things work in Pawta. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us in the complex. Sometimes the power goes out and we just open the windows and keep going. It isn't a corporate setup. It is just a local business where we know the people we work with. Most of the time, someone has brought in some snacks to share while we go over the numbers. It’s a simple way to live and work. We don’t need much else besides some decent weather and good people around us. It feels like home here after all this time.
