We are a group of farmers here in Khansurjapur village, mostly focusing on our mustard crops. This whole thing started because we needed a better way to handle our harvest without getting lost in the shuffle of the big markets. You can find us near the Ravti Prasad Dharmshala, right by Braj Bhushan’s place. It isn't a fancy office or anything, just a spot in the village where we gather to talk about the season and how the seeds are looking. Rupwas is a quiet tehsil, but when the mustard flowers start showing up, everyone gets real busy. We decided to call ourselves Rana Sanga Mustard Farmer Producer Company Limited because it felt right for this area. Most of us have been working these fields for years, following what our fathers did, but now we are trying to do it as a team. Sometimes the weather doesn't help much, and some years are tougher than others, but that’s just how farming goes around here. We don't have some big corporate plan. It is mostly just about making sure the mustard we grow gets treated right and we all get a fair shake at the end of the day. If you are ever passing through the village or near the Dharmshala, you’ll likely see some of us hanging around there. We are just local people trying to make the most of what we grow on our own land.
