Bcg Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Bayana. If you’re looking for us, we are right near the Premshankargess Agency. Most people use that as a landmark because everyone knows where the gas agency is. We are a group of farmers who decided to come together to manage our produce better. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. It’s more of a place where we meet, store our goods, and figure out the best way to get things to the market. We spend a lot of time talking about crops, rain, and prices. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a table where we keep our ledgers. Being in Bayana, we are right in the middle of the farming community. We started this because it’s hard for one farmer to do everything alone. By working as a company, we can help each other out. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes a lot of arguing about the best way to do things, but we are all neighbors, so we figure it out. We don't have a big staff, just the farmers and a couple of people to help with the paperwork. It’s about as local as it gets. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we just want to make sure our harvests don't go to waste and that we get a fair shake. The building needs a new coat of paint, and the door squeaks, but it’s our space. We feel better working together than trying to fight the markets individually.
