Bamanwas Farmers Producer Company Limited is situated in Bamanawas Patti, specifically at the home of Kunji Lal Meena's son. This is a real grassroots effort by the farmers in the Baman Was area. We aren't corporate people with suits; we are just locals who decided to work together. Managing a producer company is a lot of work, and we are still learning the ropes of the business side of things. Most of us are more comfortable in the fields than behind a desk, but we do what is needed. The office is a simple room where we keep our records and meet to discuss the harvest. It gets loud when everyone shows up at once to talk about prices or the weather. Bamanawas Patti is our home, and this company belongs to the farmers here. We deal with whatever crops are in season. It is not a polished operation. Sometimes the files get a bit messy or the meetings run way too long because everyone has an opinion. But that is how a community business works. We focus on getting the produce to where it needs to go and making sure the farmers get a fair shake. It is practical, sometimes frustrating, but always honest work. We don't have a website or big advertisements. Word of mouth and being present in the village is how we do things. We just keep our heads down and work.
