Sarvarth Siddhi Mustard & Agro Processing Farmer Producer Company Limited

Over in Atari village, which is part of the Nadbai area, a few of us got together to start Sarvarth Siddhi Mustard & Agro Processing Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located right near the veterinary hospital, at Brijbhusanlal Sharma’s place. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows where the hospital is. We focus mostly on mustard, like most people around here, but we also try to do some processing work ourselves. Usually, we just sell the raw seeds, but we figured we could do more if we put our heads together. The village is small, and news travels fast, so when we started this, a lot of the local farmers wanted to see how it would work out. We aren't doing anything fancy. It’s just about cleaning the seeds and making sure they are ready for the market. Some days are slow, and the machinery acts up, but we just fix it and keep going. Nadbai has good soil for mustard, and we’ve lived here all our lives, so we know the land pretty well. This company is our way of staying together as a community. We don't have a big headquarters or a lot of paperwork. It’s mostly just Brijbhusanlal and a few of us sitting around and figuring out the next steps for the harvest. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields actually pays off for everyone involved.
