Agridizz Farmer Producer Company Limited

Agridizz is based at House Number 51A in the village of Dhamlawas. We are located care of Nisha, and this is where we manage our farmer producer company. Being in a small village like Dhamlawas, which is near Pithrawas, means we are right in the thick of things. It is not a corporate office with fancy furniture or elevators. It is a house where people come to talk about their harvests and what they need for the next season. We spend a lot of time sitting together and discussing things like market prices and where to get supplies. The atmosphere is very informal and relaxed. You can always hear the sounds of village life in the background, like the tractors going by or the animals. We started this company because we wanted a way for the local farmers to work together more effectively. It is not always an easy task, and we have plenty of long debates about the best way to handle things. Everyone has their own opinion, and we make sure to listen to all of them. Our records are kept in big folders on a simple wooden desk. We do not have a website with a lot of flashy graphics or photos. We just have our word and the relationships we have built with the people in this village. It is hard work but we are all in it together. It feels more like a community than a company.
