Wix & Wax Candles

Down in Manjalpur, specifically in the Snehkunj Society, you’ll find Wix & Wax Candles. We are up on the first floor at 299-50 JP 1st Phase, right on Vrajdham Temple Road. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the temple road gets busy during certain times of the day. We spend most of our time melting down wax and getting the wicks just right. It’s a messy process sometimes, with spills and heat, but it’s what we do. We started this because we liked making things by hand. The workspace is usually covered in different scents and colors. We don't have a massive factory; it’s more of a dedicated room where everything gets done carefully. We handle the pouring, the cooling, and the packing ourselves. Sometimes the orders pile up, especially around holidays or festivals, and the whole place smells like a mix of everything. It’s not a corporate operation with fancy labels and polished floors. It’s just us working with our hands. People from the society often drop by to see what’s new or to pick up something for their homes. We enjoy the process of seeing a liquid turn into something solid and useful. It takes patience, especially when the weather is humid and the wax doesn’t want to set properly. But we’ve learned to work with it over time. Each batch is a little different, which makes the work more interesting.
