Venkataramanan Associates

Venkataramanan Associates is at number 124 in the NHCS Layout of Basaveshwaranagar. We’re in the B-79 section. This part of Bangalore is quite settled and has a lot of trees, which makes the walk to the office pleasant. Our building is a typical layout structure. It’s been our base for a long time. Inside, it’s just a regular workplace. We have some old wooden desks and shelves that are sagging a bit under the weight of all the files. We don’t bother with modern glass partitions or anything fancy like that. It’s just open space where we can talk to each other and get the work sorted. Basaveshwaranagar is a busy area, but NHCS Layout is tucked away enough that we don't get too much traffic noise. We spend most of our day on the phone or working on the computer. It’s a small operation, so everyone knows what the other person is doing. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some cups in the corner for whenever we need a break. People drop by without much notice, and we just pull up a chair for them. It’s a very informal way of doing business, but it seems to suit our clients just fine. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the work is accurate and finished on time. We usually wrap things up by six and head home through the local streets when the weather is nice.
