Our office is located at 32, Snehanagara on the Amruthahalli Main Road in Bangalore. It is a bit of a drive for some, being up near the Byataryanapura area off Bellary Road, but we like the space we have here. We spend our time drawing up plans for houses and different kinds of offices. Sometimes we are looking at blueprints all day, and other times we are picking out tiles or paint colors for an interior job. It gets pretty messy with all the samples and sketches laying around the desks. We have been in this part of Bangalore for a while now, watching the neighborhood grow up around us. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of people; it is more of a close-knit group that works together. We deal with contractors and laborers a lot, which can be a real headache sometimes, but that is just how the building business works. We try to listen to what people want for their homes and then figure out how to make it actually fit on paper. Some days are spent visiting dusty construction sites, while others are all about sitting at the computer. It is a lot of back and forth between us and the clients. We do not use a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just design things and hope they turn out well.
