Indiranagar is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it at 108, 1st Main. Being in Bangalore, you get used to the sounds of the city, and our office is no different. Venkataramanan Associates is a place where we mostly just focus on the task at hand. It’s a simple setup. We have our desks, our chairs, and a small area to make coffee. The 1st Main is a busy stretch, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. It’s more about showing up and getting through the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes the traffic makes people late, and we just roll with it. The office itself is functional. We haven't spent much on decorations because we’re usually too busy to look at them anyway. We know the local shops and where to get a quick lunch nearby. It’s a very local way of working. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. If someone walks in, they see us just as we are, usually surrounded by papers or talking on the phone. It’s a steady pace here, and we like the neighborhood. Indiranagar has its own energy, and we just fit into that day-to-day flow without much fuss or bother. We aren't looking for attention, just getting things done.
