Esteem Security & Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. is on the 4th Floor of T Block in Jayanagar. The address is 1349, 28th Main, 32nd Cross. Being on the fourth floor means we get a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at the paperwork on our desks. We handle security and facility stuff, which means our phones are always ringing with someone needing a guard or a cleaner somewhere. It’s a busy environment. We have a small team in the office and a lot of people out in the field at different buildings. The office isn't very fancy. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets for all the employee records, and a lot of logbooks. We spend a lot of time interviewing people and checking their backgrounds. It can be a bit stressful when someone doesn't show up for a shift, so we are always on our toes. Jayanagar is a nice part of Bangalore, though finding parking near the building can be a real headache some days. We’ve been here for a while and most of the other tenants in the block know us. We don't talk much about visions or mission statements. We just make sure the gates are locked and the floors are swept where we are supposed to be working. It’s basic work that needs to be done right every day. We just try to keep things organized so nobody has to worry.
