System Furniture

You can find us at No. 18 on 5th Main Road in Nandanam. We are located very close to the Boston School, so we hear the bell ring and see the kids walking by every afternoon in their uniforms. The shop is full of desks, chairs, and wooden cupboards that we keep stacked up along the walls. It gets a little cramped sometimes when new stock arrives from the workshop. We spend a lot of our time unboxing things and showing people how the drawers slide or how the chairs adjust to different heights. It’s a dusty job because of the wood and the street traffic outside, so someone is always holding a cloth to wipe things down. The lighting in the back of the store isn’t great, but we know where everything is kept. We’ve been in this part of Nandanam for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The street out front is usually lined with parked scooters, which makes it hard to move the bigger furniture pieces out to the delivery vans. We just do our work, talk to the people who walk in, and try to keep the inventory organized. There isn't any corporate talk here; it’s just us trying to make sure the furniture gets where it needs to go without any scratches. Most days are just about managing the space and making sure we don't trip over the extra boxes.
