We have been here at Ravi Estate for a while now. Our office is in the A Wing of Mittal Towers, right on Mahatma Gandhi Road in the Odhav GIDC area. If you know the Hanuman Temple nearby, you know exactly where we are. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside from the factories and trucks. We usually get to the desk early before the heat starts to pick up in the afternoon. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us handling paperwork and talking to people who drop by. The building is a bit older, and the stairs can be a workout, but it works for what we do. Most days are pretty much the same. We take our tea breaks when the vendor comes around. Sometimes it gets quite dusty because of all the construction and industrial work happening around GIDC, so we spend a lot of time just keeping things tidy. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. We just have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual office supplies. People stop by because they saw the sign or they know the family. We don't really do much in the way of big events or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where we show up, do the work that needs doing, and then head home when the sun goes down. It feels like home after all these years.
