This place is just me, Babajan, and I operate out of 5 Banashankari 3rd Stage. I grew up not too far from here, so I know these streets like the back of my hand. This specific area has changed so much lately, with new houses going up everywhere, but my spot stays pretty much the same. It’s a ground-floor space that’s easy to get to. I don't have a big staff or anything like that; it’s mostly just me handling things as they come. The room is a bit cramped because I tend to keep every piece of equipment I’ve ever bought, thinking I might need it for parts later. My wife says I’m a bit of a hoarder, but it helps when something breaks and I need a quick fix. There's a big neem tree right outside that provides some shade in the mornings, which is nice during the summer months. Most of the people who come to see me are folks from the neighborhood who have been coming for years. We usually end up talking about the local news or how the water supply has been lately before we even get to the actual business. I don't have a fancy website or a marketing person to do things for me. I just answer the phone when it rings and do the work that needs doing. It’s a straightforward way to live, and after all these years, I wouldn't know how to do it any other way.
