Sairam American Sweet Corn

Sairam American Sweet Corn is located at 733 Uttarahalli. It’s a busy spot and we see a lot of people passing through every day. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The setup is pretty basic because we don't need much to do what we do. We mostly focus on getting things ready and making sure everything is clean. It gets pretty hot near the steam, especially in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us working the shifts. Uttarahalli is a lively neighborhood and there is always something going on outside the door. We don't have any fancy chairs or a lounge. It’s more of a place where things happen quickly. We start the day by getting everything set up and checking the supplies. Some days are busier than others, especially on the weekends when families are out walking around. We don't use any big fancy machines, just the stuff that works. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We're usually too busy with the day-to-day tasks. We've lived in this area for a long time, so we know most of the regulars who stop by. It’s a local business and we keep things simple. No need for anything complicated. We just show up and do the work every day. It's a living and we like the people around here.
