Purple City

Purple City is located at Number 18/3 on 5th Main in Vasanthappa Block. It’s part of Ganga Nagar, near the RT Nagar post office area. The street can get a bit crowded with bikes parked everywhere, especially in the evenings. We’ve got this spot in the 84/3 block and it’s been our base for a while now. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are a little narrow, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend a lot of our time just organizing the inventory and answering the phone. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking here, just running the business day by day. Sometimes the mailman gets confused because of how the blocks are numbered, so we have to go out and wave him down. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and shelves filled with stuff. We don't have a reception desk or a lounge. If someone comes by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We like the area because everything we need is close by. The tea shop at the corner is where we usually end up in the afternoons. It’s just a normal office in a normal part of Bangalore, trying to get through the daily tasks. We stay open until the evening most days to finish the paperwork.
