We’ve been here at 94/2 Infantry Road for a good while now, right next to the Karnataka Bank. If you know the area, it’s usually pretty busy around here with people coming and going. This is basically just a local spot where we handle property stuff. My father and I sit here most days. It’s not a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. Just some chairs, a desk, and a lot of paperwork. Dealing with real estate in this part of town can be a bit of a headache because prices change every week, but we just try to keep up. People drop in all the time asking about rents or what a piece of land is worth nearby. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just help people find a place or sell what they have. Sometimes the tea guy from down the street brings us some chai and we just chat about how the neighborhood is changing. It's gotten a lot more crowded lately. Finding parking on Infantry Road is a nightmare, so most people just walk from the bank side. We’re usually here from morning until the evening, unless we’re out looking at a site somewhere. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, doing what we do. If you pass by the bank, you’ll see our small sign on the door.
