Chandraraju Realtors operates out of a small office at 1606 in Banashankari 2nd Stage. We are right on Tejpal Road, which is usually a bit calmer than the main market areas nearby. The office is basically a room with a few chairs, a desk, and a lot of paper files stacked in the corners. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting across from people talking about property prices and locations. Banashankari 2nd Stage is an older part of town, so we know the streets and the buildings around here very well. Tejpal Road has some nice trees and it is a decent place to work from. We don't have any big marketing teams or polished brochures. Most of what we do involves walking around to look at plots or meeting people at their houses to discuss a sale. The walls of our office have a few maps pinned up so we can show people where different blocks are located. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the door where there is more light. It is a straightforward job where we deal with the reality of local land and houses every day. People stop by 1606 just to ask what is available or to see if the market has changed. We just give them the facts we know. It is a small local business and we like the neighborhood feel of this specific road.
