You can find us at 43 Dickenson Road, right next to where Computer Point used to be. We have been working in real estate around here for a long time. The office is an old-school setup. We don't use much of that new fancy software for everything; we still rely a lot on our notebooks and knowing the local area by heart. Dealing with properties on Dickenson Road and the surrounding streets means we see a lot of changes happening in the city. People stop by to ask about rents or if there are any small plots for sale nearby. We spend a lot of time walking around showing houses or checking out commercial spaces. It’s not always easy work because buyers and sellers often have very different ideas about prices. We just try to talk sense to both sides. The office is easy to spot once you get near the landmark. It’s a busy road, so there’s always noise coming in from the street. We handle a bit of everything, from residential leases to bigger commercial deals, but we prefer the local stuff. It’s a small team here. We know the landlords and we know which buildings have good water supply and which ones don't. That’s the kind of practical info we give out. We aren't trying to sell you a dream, just trying to find a place that fits what you actually need.
