We are Il&Fs Property Management Services Ltd and our office is on the 4th Main at the 8th Cross in Ng Palya. That is just off Banerghatta Road in Bangalore, 560029. Banerghatta Road is always a mess with the traffic and the metro construction, so getting here can be a struggle some mornings. Once you get into Ng Palya and find the 8th Cross, it gets a bit more peaceful than the main road. We spend our days managing various properties around the city. It involves a lot of coordination with electricians, plumbers, and security guards. We aren't a big flashy company with a lot of polished talk. We just focus on the practical side of keeping a building going. Our space on the 4th Main is full of desks and folders and some old computers. It is a bit cramped but we make it work for the four of us. Bangalore is a city that never stops growing, so there is always a lot to do. We have been working in this area for a good bit now and we know the local vendors pretty well. It is just honest work that needs doing. We don't use any fancy software if a pen and paper will do the job. We just try to stay on top of the maintenance and keep things in the buildings working for the folks who live there.
