Property Excel

Property Excel is our little operation located at 13/24 Anand Nagar, near Sinhagad Road and Infantry Road. It’s a bit of a mix of areas, but we’ve managed to settle in quite well. We deal with all sorts of property matters, from small rentals to bigger sales. Every day is a bit different. Some days the phone won't stop ringing, and other days we’re just catching up on filing. We aren’t a giant company with a hundred agents. It’s just a small team of us who know the local streets. We don't do those glossy brochures you see elsewhere. We prefer to just show people the places and let the properties speak for themselves. Being around Sinhagad Road means we see a lot of different people coming through. We try to be helpful without being pushy. If a place isn't right for someone, we move on to the next one. It’s a simple way of doing business. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time, so we’ve seen the buildings go up and the shops change hands. We keep it low-key and just focus on the task at hand. If you need us, we’re usually at the office or just a phone call away. It’s just regular people trying to do a decent job in the real estate world without all the extra noise.
