G D Property Management

You can find G D Property Management on the 2nd floor of building number 354 in Marathahalli. We don't have a ground floor shop, so you have to come up the stairs to see us. We mostly deal with looking after apartments and houses for owners who aren't around or don't have the time. Marathahalli is always busy, so there is always someone moving in or out. We handle the paperwork, find new tenants, and see if any repairs are needed. Sometimes it’s a leaking tap or a painting job that needs doing before someone moves in. We have a few guys we call for plumbing and electrical work. It is not an easy job because someone is always calling with a problem at odd hours. We just try to get things fixed as fast as we can. Our office is small and usually filled with files and keys from different flats. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the neighborhood has changed a lot since we started. There are so many new buildings now. We don't really use big words to describe what we do. We just manage the properties and make sure the rent gets paid and the houses stay in good shape. It keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days. It’s hard work but it’s what we know how to do best. We just keep our heads down and manage the buildings.
