B M P Property is our small business over in C V Raman Nagar. If you look behind the Beml Factory, you will find us there. It’s a landmark that everyone in this part of town knows. We have been handling local property stuff from this spot for a good while. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we keep our maps and paperwork. Working so close to the factory means there is always a bit of a hum in the air from the machinery and the trucks. We see a lot of people who work at Beml looking for places to stay nearby. C V Raman Nagar is a nice, green area and we have walked almost every street in it by now. Getting to our place behind the factory can be a little confusing for some people at first, but once you find us, it’s fine. We don’t do any big marketing or have a team of sales people. It is just us here. We help folks find a house to rent or buy when they need one. We spend some time at the tea stall around the corner too, just chatting with people about what's for sale. We aren't interested in being a huge company. We just know this specific pocket of the city really well. If someone wants to know about a house on a particular lane, we can usually tell them who lives there. It is just basic, honest work. We are B M P Property and we stay busy enough.
