Somashekar Property

We are located at 628 in the 7th Block of Jayanagar. It's right on the 1st Cross, very close to the Kanakpura Main Road. If you know the Jayanagar 1st Block area, we are just a short walk from there. This place is basically where we manage all the property stuff. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's just a regular room with some chairs and a map of the area pinned to the wall. We’ve been here for quite some time now, watching the neighborhood change. People stop by to chat about land prices or just to see what's available nearby. It gets pretty crowded on the main road, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache sometimes. My family has been around Jayanagar for a long time, so we know the local history pretty well. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try to make sure everything is in order, even if the desk looks a bit cluttered with maps and files. It’s just us here, usually drinking coffee and waiting for the next person to walk through the door. It’s a simple setup but it gets the job done for us and the people who come to see us. We don't use any fancy talk, just plain speaking about what we have. Sometimes the ceiling fan squeaks but we don't really mind. It’s just part of being here. We just want to help people find a decent spot.
