You can find our Cbre South Asia Pvt Ltd branch over at Flat No 102 in Rv Residency. We are located on 5th Main, 20th Cross, which is right in Btm II Phase here in Bangalore. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like that because it keeps things a bit more relaxed while we work. There are always people coming and going in the residency, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards pretty well. Inside the flat, the rooms have been converted into workspaces. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in for a meeting, but we make do with what we have. Fancy mission statements don't exist on our walls; instead, there are just some calendars and notes pinned up. The kitchen serves as the main hub where we take breaks and chat about things other than work. Btm is a busy area with lots of shops and food places nearby, so lunch is never a problem. We aren't trying to be a big corporate entity with a polished image. Our local team just does its part in the South Asia operations. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra fluff. We show up, sit at our desks, and get to it. It’s simple and it works for us, even when the stairs get a bit crowded.
