You can find Rathna Silks & Sarees over in Cubbonpet. Our address is No. 6 on Honnurappa Lane, which is right off Siddanna Lane. This part of Bengaluru is very famous for its narrow streets and all the silk business that goes on here. We have been in Cubbonpet for quite a long time. It is a bit of a maze if you are not used to it, but once you find Honnurappa Lane, we are right there. We deal with silks and sarees mostly. The shop is not very large, but we pack a lot into the space we have. There are sarees stacked up everywhere. The noise of the city is always right outside the door, but it is quiet enough inside. We don't have any fancy marketing plans. We just open up and wait for the regulars or people who heard about us from their family. Siddanna Lane is always busy with people moving goods and shoppers looking for fabric. We spend our days folding and unfolding cloth and talking to the people who come in. It is a very traditional way of doing business, kept simple. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are more than we are. We are just a silk shop in a very old part of town. Our family has been doing this for years and it is what we know how to do.
