Rani

Our place is over in Basaveshwara Nagar, specifically at 91/92 Venkatadri on the first floor. You have to climb a flight of stairs to reach us. It’s a decent area, quite residential in parts but with enough shops to keep it lively. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is nice when things get slow and you just want to look out the window for a minute. The building is called Venkatadri, and it’s easy to spot once you are on the right street. We’ve set up the space to be functional. There are piles of papers here and there, and the furniture is mostly wooden and a bit heavy. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If someone comes in, one of us just looks up from what we are doing and talks to them. It’s a very direct way of working. Rani is the name on the door, and we’ve stayed here because the location is convenient for most people in this part of town. The morning sun hits the front of the office, making it quite warm until we pull the curtains. We spend our hours mostly caught up in the details of the day. There isn't much drama here, just a steady pace of work. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but usually, we try to head out when the sun goes down.
