Quartesian Clinical Research Pvt Ltd is based at BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Warje Malwadi 230. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address but it’s where we do our thing. We are in a quieter part of the layout which helps because the work we do needs a lot of concentration. There are plenty of desks and a lot of quiet clicking of keyboards throughout the day. We don't have a lot of visitors, so the office stays pretty calm. The building is a standard commercial block. We’ve decorated the walls with some basic stuff just so it doesn't look too empty. BTM 2nd Stage has everything we need within walking distance. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat in the small break area we set up. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment in terms of the vibe, even though the work itself is quite serious. We just try to stay organized and keep the data moving through the pipes. The 230 building is easy to spot once you get on the right lane. We have a few plants that someone remembers to water once a week. It’s just a group of professionals doing their jobs without any extra fluff. No one wears suits here unless there is a very specific reason. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the screens in front of us. It is a steady way to earn a living.
