Kemwell Bio Pharma Ltd

Kemwell Bio Pharma Ltd is situated out on Tumkur Road, near the Mahalakshmi Layout area. It’s a pretty large facility compared to some of the smaller shops in the city. We do a lot of work related to the manufacturing and development side of pharmaceuticals. The location on Tumkur Road is quite convenient for moving goods in and out of the city, though the highway traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours. Inside, things are more structured than a typical retail shop. We have different sections for production and storage. It’s a lot of machinery and lab equipment. We’ve been here for quite some time and the building shows its age in a few spots, but it does the job. Most of the staff comes in from the surrounding suburbs. We have a canteen where everyone grabs lunch together. It’s not a place where customers just walk in off the street; it's more of a professional production site. We spend our days following protocols and checking batches carefully. The air conditioning is always running to keep the equipment cool. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure everything is done right. We don’t really talk about missions or visions; we just focus on the schedule and getting the work done according to the requirements. It’s a steady environment with a lot of people who have been with the company for years. We just keep our heads down and handle the production as required by the industry. It’s a big operation but it feels like home most of the time for us.
