Univercell

You can find Univercell over in JP Nagar, specifically on Siddhanath Road within Patel Colony, at number 13. It is a pretty standard street, not too wide and not too narrow. The shop is at number 13, which some people think is unlucky, but we have been here for a good while and everything has been okay so far. Patel Colony is a residential area mostly, so we see a lot of the same faces every week. People drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about their phones. The shop itself is simple, with glass cabinets that hold various accessories and cables. We don't have those big bright lights like the malls do; it is just a normal shop with a few tube lights. I usually sit behind the counter near the window so I can see people coming up Siddhanath Road. In the rainy season, the road gets a few big puddles, and we have to be careful when people walk in with wet shoes. I keep a rag handy to mop up the floor. It is a peaceful enough spot. There is a big tree across the street that gives us some shade in the afternoons, which helps with the heat. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. People just know we are here at number 13 when they need something fixed or a new charger.
