You’ll find us at No 14 in the 2nd Phase of Peenya. If you know Peenya, you know it’s the industrial heart of the city, so there are always lots of trucks, noise, and dust around the place. It’s not the most scenic area to work in, but it’s where all the actual work happens. Our facility is a bit of a sprawling place with high ceilings and heavy doors that loudy clang shut. We have to wear specific gear sometimes depending on which part of the building we are working in. The floors are hard concrete and can feel quite cold in the mornings before the sun really gets up. We spend most of our time monitoring the equipment and making sure the daily schedules are being followed. There isn't much in the way of luxury here; it’s a working environment through and through. We have a small area where we can sit and have our tea, which is usually the highlight of the mid-morning for most of the staff. The traffic in Peenya can be a real nightmare in the evenings, so we all try to wrap up our work on time to beat the worst of the rush on the way home. It’s a tough, busy atmosphere, but there is a sense of accomplishment in seeing things move out the gate every single day. We don't talk much about missions; we just make sure the machines are running and the orders are packed correctly. It's honest work.
