Our shop is over in New Thippasandra, B Wing No.279/1. We deal with mobile phones and batteries mostly. It’s not a huge place, just a simple counter and some shelves full of various models and parts. We spend a lot of our day dealing with battery replacements and screen repairs. It’s the kind of work that requires steady hands and a bit of patience. New Thippasandra is a lively area, so there’s always someone walking by or popping in to ask for a charger. We don't have any corporate training or scripted greetings. When you walk in, you just talk to whoever is behind the glass. Sometimes we have a backlog of repairs, so the back table gets covered in phones with labels on them. We try to be honest about how long things will take. If we can't fix it, we'll just say so. We’ve been here long enough that we’ve seen phones go from simple buttons to these big glass things everyone carries now. We just keep learning as the tech changes. It’s a small business, and we like the independence of it. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us because their friend told them we were okay. That’s enough for us. We just keep the lights on and keep working. Sometimes we stay open late if a customer is coming from far away.
