You have to take the lift up to the 5th floor of the Ballygunje Ac Market to find us. Being on Gariahat Road means it’s always hectic outside with all the shoppers and street vendors. Up here in the office, it’s a bit quieter, though you can still hear the city hum. We’ve been at this 46/31/1 address for some time now. The space is filled with files, some old computers, and desks that have seen better days. It isn’t a flashy corporate setup like the ones you see in movies. It’s more like a place where people actually sit and grind through the day’s tasks. We deal with various chemical and technical details, mostly on paper and screens. Sometimes the AC in the market acts up, and it gets a little warm in the afternoons. We have our regulars who come by for meetings, and we usually just offer them some water or chai from the pantry. It’s a practical workspace for us. We don't bother with fancy decorations or expensive rugs. The windows give a decent view of the traffic below, which is a good distraction when you’ve been staring at spreadsheets too long. We just handle our business quietly and go home when the market starts to wind down in the evening. It works for us and the small team we have here.
