If you head over to Pai Layout, specifically 335 on the 12th Main, you will find where we work at Richcore Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. It’s a bit of a mix in this area, with houses on one side and small offices on the other. Our building is on the corner of 1st Cross, and it’s a fairly quiet street most of the time, which is nice for the kind of technical work we do. We spend a lot of our time in lab coats, looking at samples or typing up data on our computers. It isn't a flashy place at all; it’s more about the equipment and the benches. Sometimes we stay late when a project is running, and you can see the lights burning from the street. The 12th Main has some decent spots to grab a quick lunch, so we usually head out in groups when we get a break. We are a small team and most of us have been here for a few years now, so we know each other's habits pretty well. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just people who are interested in science and trying to get their experiments to work correctly. The rooms are kept very clean, obviously, but the rest of the office gets a bit cluttered with journals and coffee mugs. It’s a steady job in a nice part of town, and we just keep our heads down and do the work every day without too much fuss.
