You can find us over at the Total Mall and Big Bazaar area in Murugeshpalya. Being near the mall means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around, which keeps us busy most of the time. We aren’t a huge operation, just a small team working out of this space. We spend most of our hours prepping bunches or just making sure the buckets are full of clean water. It gets quite humid in the shop because of all the plants, but we don’t mind it much. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the traffic on the main road, and then we have to rush to get everything sorted before the evening crowd shows up. We don't use any fancy machines or anything like that. It’s all done by hand, from cutting the string to wrapping the stems in plastic or paper. The floor is usually covered in little bits of greenery by lunchtime, so we have to sweep quite often to keep the place looking decent. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. Most of our day is just spent chatting with the regulars who come by while they do their grocery shopping at the Big Bazaar nearby. It’s a nice little community and we’ve gotten to know the other shopkeepers around the mall pretty well over the months. We usually close up once the mall traffic thins out in the late evening when the lights start to dim.
