Nilgiris Dairy Farm Ltd

If you go to Sharda Lotus at Flat No 303 on 5th Main in Malleshpalya, you’ll find our office. It’s a bit strange to have a dairy farm office in an apartment complex, but it’s where we manage the logistics. Bangalore is a big city, and Malleshpalya is one of those areas that just keeps growing. From this flat, we keep track of the milk and the cheese and everything else that Nilgiris is known for. It’s mostly computers, phones, and a lot of lists. The morning starts very early because the dairy business doesn't wait for anyone. We are usually at it before the sun is fully up, making sure the deliveries are on track. The apartment itself is pretty standard, with desks squeezed into what would normally be a living room or a bedroom. We have a small balcony where we can see the street below and watch the city wake up. Sometimes the elevator in the building is out of service, and we have to carry files up to the third floor, which isn't fun. We don't have a showroom here, so it’s just us doing the paperwork and coordination. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s efficient for what we need. We know the security guards at the gate and the other residents in the building. It’s just a regular office life, centered around getting dairy products to the people who need them without any fuss.
