We operate out of the Manasa Complex on the 100 Feet Ring Road. Our office covers units 28 and 29 on the first floor. Matrix Buildtech Designers Pvt. Ltd. has been based here in J P Nagar for a good bit now. Being near 15th Cross makes it easy for the staff to get to work, though the Ring Road traffic is no joke in the evenings. The office is a mix of computers and old-fashioned drafting boards. We spend most of our time figuring out how to make buildings work better. It’s a lot of math and double-checking figures. We aren't the type to have a polished corporate image. We’re more likely to have coffee stains on our desks. Our team is a mix of ages, and we all just pitch in where needed. Some days are spent mostly on the phone, others are spent quietly working through designs. J P Nagar is a great area to be in, with lots of activity. We have a few favorite lunch spots nearby that we visit when we can actually step away from our desks. We don't really do big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most people hear about us from someone else. We just try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. It’s straightforward work for us, and we try to keep it that way for everyone.
