Malsa Carpets is sitting right on Old Market Road in Indira Nagar, at number 3540. If you’ve been around this part of town, you probably know the area gets quite busy, especially on the weekends. Our shop is full of rolls and samples, and there’s usually a bit of dust in the air from moving the stock around. We spend our time helping people look through different patterns and sizes. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We don't have a polished showroom with bright lights; it’s more of a practical space where you can actually see what you’re getting. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late or a specific color isn't in stock, and we have to figure it out as we go. That’s just how retail works for us. We’ve been here in Indira Nagar for a while now and have seen shops come and go. We just keep doing what we do. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who know the inventory inside and out. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or scripts. We just show people what we have and answer their questions as best as we can. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it seems to work for the folks around here. We’re just regular people selling carpets and trying to keep the shop organized every single day.
