About Lakshmy Iyengar Adv – Fashion & Trends in Bengaluru
I work out of 28 Sadashivnagar, in the S N S Chambers. It is right near the club, which is a good landmark for people trying to find the building for the first time. Being an advocate means I spend a lot of my time surrounded by piles of files and old legal books. My office isn't one of those glass-walled places you see in movies. It is a real working space with papers everywhere and a desk that has seen better days. I have been in this building for quite a while now. Sadashivnagar is a nice part of the city, though finding parking for my visitors can be a real pain sometimes. I spend my mornings at the court and my afternoons here meeting with people. It is mostly just me and a bit of help with the filing and the typing. People come to me with all sorts of problems. I listen, take notes, and try to figure out the best way to handle things legally. It is a lot of reading and writing. Sometimes I am here late into the evening when there is a big case coming up. The chambers are usually quiet, which helps when you have to concentrate on a difficult brief. I do not use a lot of fancy legal jargon if I can help it. I just tell people how things stand and what the law says. It is a straightforward practice. I have grown used to the rhythm of this place.
