L M Chidanandayya

You can find us over at 2 Cunningham Road, specifically in the La Citadel Apartmen building. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to some of the main roads, which we definitely appreciate. L M Chidanandayya has been operating out of here for a good while. The office isn't very large, just enough room for the essentials and a couple of chairs for when someone stops by. We spend most of our time at our desks, usually buried under some kind of paperwork or looking over files. Being in an apartment building means it doesn't feel like a standard cold office space. It has a bit more of a lived-in feel to it. The light comes in nicely through the windows in the afternoon, which makes the long hours a bit more pleasant. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, if the door is open, you just walk in and see who is available. Cunningham Road is a nice area, and we like being able to step out and find a place for lunch nearby. It’s a simple setup we have here. We focus on our tasks and try to stay organized, even if the filing cabinets get a bit messy sometimes. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just steady work in a place we've become very used to. It’s a decent way to spend the work week, surrounded by familiar walls in a quiet part of the city.
