Jsr Architecture

Jsr Architecture is situated in the Aishwarya Excellency building, right across from the Tin Factory in K. R. Puram. It is C-703 if you are looking for the specific unit number. This part of Bangalore is known for its heavy traffic, so we spend a lot of time watching the cars go by from the window while we work on our designs. We are a small group of architects who like what we do. We don't have a big fancy studio with a reception area. It is more of a practical workspace where we can sit down and draw for hours. We work on residential projects and some small commercial stuff too. Usually, a client comes in with a plot of land and a lot of dreams, and we have to help them figure out what is actually possible. It involves a lot of sketching and then moving things around on the computer until they fit. We deal with the local authorities for all the necessary approvals, which can be a slow and tiring process. It is frustrating at times, but that is just the way things go here. We aren't trying to win any big awards. We just want to build houses that people feel comfortable living in for years. The floor is often covered in blueprints and old rolls of tracing paper. We drink way too much coffee to stay alert. It is a simple life, focused on building and planning things carefully.
