Our office is right in Mandya Taluk, specifically in Keelara. If you know where the post office is in Keragodu Hobali, we are just situated opposite that. It is a local spot, and many people know the Gooli Gowda family around this area. We handle both the architecture part and the inside work, like interiors and cupboards. Working in Mandya is very different from working in the big cities. People here want things that last a long time and do not cost a fortune to maintain. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about their homes and small shops. The office isn't anything special, just a simple place to sit down and draw. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we have to wait a bit to use the computers again. We focus on what people in the village and the nearby town actually need for their daily lives. It is a lot of practical stuff, making sure the walls are straight and the roof does not leak when the monsoon hits. We work with local masons and laborers who have been doing this for years. It is a simple operation. We do not have a marketing team. Most people find us by just walking in or hearing about us from a neighbor. Dealing with the local taluk office for building permissions takes up a lot of our time too.
