Besto Icecreams Pvt Ltd is located over in Bommasandra at the 38th Cross in the 5th Block. Despite the "Pvt Ltd" in the name, we are a pretty small group of people working here. Our building is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. It’s a functional space where we spend most of our time dealing with mixers and cooling units. The floors are often a bit damp from cleaning, and there is always a faint smell of vanilla in the air. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. Our desks are tucked into a corner near the production area so we can see what's going on. We spend our days checking the consistency of the batches and making sure the lids are on tight. Bommasandra is quite industrial, so we fit right in with the other workshops around the 5th Block. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to scramble to get the generators running. It’s just part of the job. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. We just put our energy into the tubs we fill every day. If you come by the 38th Cross, you might see us loading the small delivery van. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve gotten a good rhythm down over the years. It’s honest work and keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on getting the orders out on time.
