Benchmark Designs

We’ve been here at Nayandahalli for a while now. The office is over at No. 532 in the I.T.I Layout, right near Mysore Road. It gets pretty busy around here with all the traffic. People usually find us by looking for the layout signs. It’s a decent spot. Most days we are just busy with the design work. The building isn't anything fancy but it works for us. We have enough space for the desks and the computers. Sometimes the noise from Mysore Road gets a bit loud if the windows are open. We’ve grown used to it though. The neighbors are mostly quiet businesses like ours. We don't really do much advertising. Most people who come here already know what we do or heard about us from someone else. It's just a regular workplace. We spend a lot of time on the drawing boards. The layout is easy to get to once you know the turns. If you're coming from the main road, you just turn into the I.T.I area. It’s mostly just us doing our thing every day. We don't have a big reception or anything. Just a few chairs if someone needs to wait for a minute. It’s been our base for a long time. We like the area because it’s central to a lot of things. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. There is always something to finish.
