Asha Architectural

Asha Architectural is located at 35/1, on the 3rd Cross of Nethaji Road in R.T. Nagar. Our office is in the Balga Building, right in the Sultanpalya area. We spend most of our time here drawing up plans and thinking about how buildings should look and function. Architecture is a lot more than just drawing pretty pictures; it’s about making sure spaces actually work for the people living in them. R.T. Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and Nethaji Road always has something going on. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real community. Our office in the Balga Building is a functional space where we keep our samples, our blueprints, and our computers. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. It’s just a few of us working together to get projects finished. We’ve worked on a lot of different types of buildings around this area, and you might have even walked past some of them without knowing we designed them. We don't do a lot of advertising. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here on the 3rd Cross. We try to be practical with our designs and listen to what people actually need instead of just doing what’s trendy. It’s a straightforward approach to architecture. We just keep our heads down and focus on the drawings until they are right. It takes time to get the details correct, but we don't mind the long hours in the office.
