Artadmire Com

The shop here in BTM Layout 2nd Stage is usually a bit of a mess, to be honest. There are boxes of frames leaning against the walls and bits of bubble wrap always stuck to the rug. We started Artadmire Com because we had too many paintings at home and nowhere to put them. Now, we spend most of our mornings talking to local artists who drop by with their latest work, or people looking for something to fill a blank wall in their new apartment. It’s not a shiny gallery with white walls and quiet music. It feels more like a workshop where things are actually being made. Sometimes the floor is dusty from all the wood we cut for the frames. We’ve got a couple of small tables where you can sit and look through catalogs, but usually, we are just busy taping things up or checking the prints. BTM is a busy area, so there is always noise from the traffic outside, but inside we try to focus on the colors and the textures. We aren't trying to be the biggest art place in the city. We just like seeing what people create and helping them get it ready to hang up. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and arguing about which frame looks better with a particular sketch. It’s just how we run things here.
