Lucknowi Libas

Lucknowi Libas is tucked away in the AECS Layout over at No. 37, right where 6th Main and 6th Cross meet. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, though finding parking can be a bit of a headache for people sometimes. I spend most of my day moving hangers around and making sure the clothes aren't getting wrinkled on the racks. We have a lot of the traditional stuff, mostly what you’d expect from the name, but we don't make a big fuss about it. The shop has these big windows that let in a lot of light in the morning, which is nice until it gets too hot in the afternoon. We have a small trial room in the back that sticks sometimes if you pull the door too hard. Most of the neighbors walk over since they live just a few blocks away. It’s mostly just me and one other person here, so we do everything from cleaning the floor to folding the kurtas after someone tries them on and leaves them in a pile. We kept the walls plain white so the colors of the fabric stand out more. Sometimes the courier guy comes late and we have to stay open an extra thirty minutes just to sign for the new bundles. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way because it’s easier to manage without things getting too complicated for us or the customers.
