We are based at D.No.16/42,.F1 on the first floor of the Lahari building. It’s on 2nd Cross in Thavarakere, which is part of BTM Layout 1st Stage in Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know the traffic around BTM can be something else, but once you get inside the office, it’s a bit more peaceful. Being on the first floor is handy because we don't have to wait for the lift, which is often slow anyway. The office has a very local feel to it. We have a few ceiling fans that click a bit when they are on high speed. The windows look out onto the street, so we can see the bikes and cars squeezing through the crossroad below. It’s a functional space. We have our computers, a big table for meetings, and shelves filled with old files that we really should organize one day. There is a small sink in the back and a place to keep the water cooler. We spend a lot of time here, often late into the evening when the street noise finally starts to die down. The neighborhood has plenty of places to get a coffee or a quick dosa. It’s a busy, cramped, and lively part of Bangalore to be in. We don't have any fancy art on the walls, just a calendar and some notes taped up. It’s just where we work.
