We've been working out of Narayan Niwas for a while now. It's located at Door No. 52 in the 11 Min area of Prashant Nagar. Most mornings start with way too much coffee and a lot of looking at old blueprints that have coffee stains on them anyway. Architecture isn't really as clean or pretty as the magazines make it look. Usually, it's just us sitting around a table trying to figure out why a wall won't fit where it’s supposed to. We handle both the building design and the inside stuff. Sometimes that means picking out tiles for hours until our eyes hurt. It is a small team here, just a few of us who know how to draw and handle the local permits. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get stuff done. We’ve had some long nights here when a big project is due. Sometimes things go wrong, like a contractor not showing up or a material getting stuck in traffic, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don’t really do big speeches about our style. We just look at the space you have and try to make it work for whatever you need. Prashant Nagar is a good spot for us, close enough to everything but quiet enough to actually focus on the drafting. It’s just how we work. Nothing fancy, just desks, computers, and a lot of pencils that always seem to go missing when you need one.
