Sri Raghavendra Pu College

Kuditini is a small place in Bellary, and that is where you will find Sri Raghavendra Pu College. We are situated right in the heart of Kudathini. The landscape around here is quite dry and the sun can be really strong most of the year. The college building is a sturdy structure that fits right in with the rest of the town. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s a PU college, so we are mainly focused on the students who are finishing their 11th and 12th grades. You see them sitting around in groups studying their notes or just chatting near the entrance. The staff here is small. We do most of the administrative work ourselves, like handling the admissions and keeping the files in order. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We use simple desks and the walls are painted a plain color. Sometimes the Bellary dust gets everywhere, so we are always dusting off the ledgers. We have a few trees on the property that provide a little bit of shade during the hottest part of the day. Students come from all over the Bellary district, often taking long bus rides to get here. We just try to make sure they have a place to sit and learn. It’s a very basic, practical environment without any of the fluff you find elsewhere. Everyone knows where the office is if they need help with their forms.
